We had the pleasure of using Orchid Moments for our wedding with a guest count over 450. As the top of our priority list was to experience peace and as little chaos as possible for a wedding this size. Therefore, we were very thoughtful with who we hired for the role, knowing that it takes a special person to manage our unique, large, cultured wedding! I could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish LaToya and her team did an amazing job. Coordinating a wedding of this caliber, we assume can be very stressful. Of course several unexpected scenarios arose— like, a change in wedding venue just 2 weeks prior to our wedding day. Through all the variables prior to and the day of the wedding, we never saw LaToya sweat. LaToya is strong and assertive, yet calm, peaceful and graceful. Her and her team were considerate and detail oriented. She handled an array of passionate personalities with ease. She went out of her way prior to and on the wedding day to make sure our day was everything we imagined. “Where peace of mind meets your unpredictable day”, we couldn’t agree more. All of her work behind the scenes, allowed us to be present and in the moment on our wedding day. Our wedding day was perfect, and we owe so much of that to Orchid Moments, definitely would not have been the same without this team. Without hesitation, highly recommended!
