Before meeting with LaToya, I had no idea what to expect when it came to postpartum preparation. I felt nervous about it all and didn’t know what I should be thinking through in order to prepare for the birth of our baby. LaToya was with me every step of the way and helped me come up with a plan to have a successful postpartum journey. She made it so customizable to my specific wants and needs. Because of her, I felt SO prepared after giving birth. I don’t know what I would have done without her!
